Classes are available to patrons 16 years and older. All class participants will be required to receive a Class Entrance Card (CEC) to participate in fitness classes. CEC can be obtained at the front desk thirty minutes before the start time of a class. A copy of the monthly schedule can be found on our website, or at the front desk.

KENDO FOR BEGINNERS (Ages 11 & up) Kendo, the art of Japanese fencing, strives to bring one’s mind, body, and spirit together as one. Introduction to Kendo emphasizes a strong un- derstanding of Kendo basics, including etiquette, footwork and basic strikes. This class will provide an introduction to Kendo and requires no experience. The expec- tation is participants move on to the regular kendo class after 1-2 semesters of the beginner’s class. This class is for experienced Kendo participants who want to further their skills. Gi, hakama, and shinai are required, bogu is strongly encouraged. AEROBIC TONING Aerobic exercise choreographed to great music. This ultra-fun dance workout will give you a full body cardio workout. BARRE Barre is a low-impact workout that focuses on the entire body to help strengthen muscle and improve posture. BODY SCULPT A total body and conditioning class using free weights, body bars, resistance bands and your own body weight. Great for beginner to advanced. CARDIO KICKBOXING This is a high-energy, full-body cardiovascular workout that blends boxing, martial arts techniques, and basic calisthenics to leave you sweating and feeling ener- gized! CORE POWER Got 45-minutes? Take the time to make it count with our high-intensity strenght and conditioning class designed to transform your body. CYCLE Work on building your muscular and cardio endurance while rockin’ it out to your favorite music! Sprint and climb while navigating high intensity intervals. All cycling classes are beginner friendly.

PERSONAL TRAINING (Ages 12 & up) We offer 30 and 60-minute individual and semi-private training packages to help you reach your health and fitness goals. Our team of certified personal trainers can provide customers with as much help as necessary to devel- op a consistent & efficient workout plan, achieve their desired fitness goals, and learn how to make exercise a life-long habit. INBODY TEST (Ages 12 & up) Go beyond the scale with the InBody Test, a non-invasive body composition analysis that provides a detailed breakdown of your weight in terms of muscle, fat, and water on an InBody Result Sheet. Get results you can trust so you can reach your health and fitness goals. InBody tests can be scheduled or done on a walk-in basis.
