By registering for a county-sponsored class requiring physical activity, you, as the participant or parent of a participant under the age of 18, assume the risk involved in these activities. The Loudoun County Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services is dedicated to providing safe facilities and equipment for all participants, as well as qualified instructional staff to enhance your experience. Unless specifically declined, by registering for or participating in a PRCS-sponsored activity, participants give permission for the Loudoun County Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services to use photographs and videos of themselves or their children for publicity in publications and other media, including social media, without limitation to increase community awareness of PRCS programs and services. Please note, PRCS sends emails about program updates and evaluations. TRANSPORTATION & TRIPS There will be no smoking or alcoholic beverages allowed in any vehicles used for Department trips including motor buses. RENTALS Rental space is available at most centers and parks including rooms, pavilions, and gyms for private parties, meetings, and other activities. Contact the preferred center or staffed park directly for available dates, times, and cost. Rental rates can be found in the current Fee Schedule at loudoun.gov/PRCS.
