Tu 11:30am-6:00pm 10/20 Douglass Community Center Novel Expressions This fall, turn words into art for the annual LCPL Novel Expressions Art Contest! Create an original work of art inspired by a piece of literature. Youth Advisory Council Members of the Loudoun Youth Advisory Council have the opportunity to develop leadership skills, meet new people, and be a voice for Loudoun’s teens. Members work with local nonprofits to plan special events, work on community service projects, participate in leadership field trips, and promote teen-centered events. Teen Volunteer Program The Teen Volunteer Program provides an opportunity to complete your community service hours in a dynamic setting. Volunteer opportunities vary and may include service hours in children’s programs, parks and community centers. Current volunteer opportunities are for high school teens. WORK Program The Work Ordered Repayment Kids (WORK) Program provides an additional step in the graduated sanctions available to individuals who are given community service hours by the courts.
