Spare Time Bowling Ages 18+ All levels: Relax on a Friday afternoon bowling! This program teaches the basics of the game, promotes socialization and community awareness. If you work at ECHO and need transportation to bowling on Friday, please report request while registering. The bus departs at 2:15pm from ECHO on Fridays. Participants not registered for Movie Madness must be picked up at the bowling alley. The bus will depart between 5:00pm and 5:05pm and arrive at PRCS between 5:15pm and 5:30pm for Movie Madness. Walking is the easiest way to get in shape and stay in shape. We will meet at the PRCS Administration Office, grab a snack and then head to our destination. Transportation will be provided from the PRCS office to the location and back. Please bring bottled water and wear comfortable clothing and shoes. We will be taking easy Fall walks, and they will be chosen weekly. This cooking class is a fantastic way to perfect your prep, folding, and frying techniques. Location: 742 Miller Drive SE, Leesburg W 4:30-6:30pm 10/7-10/21 $105 141736-01 Starry Night Sleepover Ages 18+ Level 1: Join us for overnight camping we will take in the beautiful scenery, towering pines, the starry, unpolluted night sky, and a fiery sunset while nestled around a campfire. Participants must be able to independently navigate sleeping in a tent including the ability to get up and down off the floor independently. Camping location is TBD. This class is an introductory mind-body exercise that adapts traditional, slow-flowing Tai Chi movements to a chair.
