Online Registration Create an Account on PRCSConnect: 1. Go to loudoun.gov/PRCSconnect Select Create a New Account in the top right corner of the toolbar. 2. Create your family PRCS Connect account, adding a head of household first. 3. For assistance with ePACT online or submitting forms, please contact ePACT by email or by calling 1-855-773-7228. ePACT offers a secure network to collect critical emergency data from families attending our programs and is a Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliant online system. Once registered for camp you will receive an email from ePACT is a documentation and support network, to collect the paperwork PRCS needs
