Ages 10-15 This high-pace camp focuses on skill sets that players already possess such as passing, dribbling and shooting. Camp is open to all rising 6th-10th graders. Attendees should be able to preform skills at an advanced/moderate level. Camp will also feature some fun competitions: Free Throws, Mid-Range 2pt Shootout, 3pt Shootout, 3v3 games and more. This camp will be led by Ryan Williams, Head Boys’ Varsity Basketball Coach at Dominion High School. Daily instruction will include fundamental development on the offensive and defensive side of the ball. Each day will include at least 2 games and fun camp contests. Camp is geared towards rising 3rd graders-rising 9th graders. We want our campers to have fun and learn about the game! The mission of the camp is to provide student-athletes with the tools to become complete basketball players. The coaching staff will work individually with players to develop fundamental offensive/defensive skills including ball handling, shooting, defensive skills/positioning and rebounding. Ultimately each player will learn the tools to be a successful member of the Briar Woods Falcons’ basketball team. Camp counselors will be comprised of the Briar Woods’ basketball coaching staff and former high school players. Each camper will receive a T-shirt and there will be individual and team awards given
