PRCS CARES ♥ The PRCS Cares Camp program is available for most full-day weekly summer camps at all summer locations except at our Park locations. Cares eligible camps are marked with ♥ throughout the guide. Sports camps and camps offered by contracted vendors are not included. Learn more about PRCS Cares program by visiting loudoun.gov/PRCS-Cares. NOTICE TO PARTICIPANTS All activities of a physical nature involve some risk. By registering for a county-sponsored camp/class requiring physical activity, you, as the participant or parent of a participant under the age of 18, assume the risk involved in participating in these activities. The Loudoun County Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services is dedicated to providing safe facilities and equipment for all participants, as well as qualified instructional staff to enhance your experience. Summer camps are coed, unless noted otherwise. Unless specifically declined, by registering for or participating in a PRCS-sponsored activity, participants give permission for the Loudoun County Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services to use photographs and videos of themselves or their children for publicity in publications and other media, including social media, without limitation in order to increase community awareness of PRCS programs and services. HOLIDAYS Many camps will not be held on Friday, July 3. No- camp-days are noted in the camp description. EARLY REGISTRATION For families who participated in any of our 2025 Summer Camps and PRCS CARES families begins Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 8:30am-Friday, March 6, 2026, at 5:00pm OPEN REGISTRATION For all families for all Summer Camps starting Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 8:30am . METHODS TO REGISTER Online: PRCS Connect is our online registration system. Before your camp registration date, new households should create an account and existing households should check they can login. Make sure to add your child to your household, their correct age is listed, and your primary email address is up to date before the first day of registration. Visit loudoun.gov/PRCSConnect or contact PRCS if you need help: 703-777-0343 or prcs@loudoun.gov. In Person: You can register in person at PRCS sites or visit PRCS Main Office at 742 Miller Drive, Payments: Registration fees are due at the time of registration, unless otherwise noted. Online registrations must be paid by credit card. Cash, check, money order or credit card payments can be made in person. Checks or money orders must be made payable to “County of Loudoun.” Your driver’s license number must be included on the check. Many camps require a $25 nonrefundable, deposit at the time of registration with the balance to be paid 21 days before camp starts. If payment is not received 21 days before camp, the participant will be unenrolled. PRCS CONNECT VIRTUAL WAITING ROOM If PRCS starts to receive a high-volume of users during the first weeks of registration, we may implement a Virtual Waiting Room for our PRCS Connect customers. Once you have entered the Virtual Waiting Room, you will retain your place in line. Rest assured that you keep your place in the Waiting Room line even if your phone goes to sleep, you lose your internet connection, or you close the Virtual Waiting Room page. When you return to the page, you will see your updated progress in the line. ePACT PRCS uses ePact to acquire documents for our camp programs. Our licensed and full- day camps may require additional documents. This essential documentation needs to be completed by the parents and guardians before a child can attend those camps. Once you have enrolled your child in a camp, you will receive an email from Loudoun PRCS via member.support@epactnetwork.com. The system offers a secure network to collect critical emergency data from families attending

PRCS uses ePACT to collect emergency contacts and documents for many of our camps.

This email will direct customers to loge in to their PRCS Connect account to accept or reject the offer. Upon accepting, individuals will be prompted to complete the registration and payment process, pay the deposit or full payment depending on the camp and timing. If the enrollment offer is not accepted or rejected within 36 hours of receiving the email, it will automatically be considered a rejection. The individual will be removed from the waitlist, and the next eligible person on the waitlist will be contacted. If you want to rejoin the waitlist, you will need to register again. The automated waitlist process will close 14 days prior to the start of the camp, after this time registration is managed by staff. Additional details on the automated waitlist process can be found at loudoun. gov/PRCSAutomatedWaitlist. Please contact the site that offers the camp if you want to be unenrolled from another camp or have want to transfer the deposit. To ensure you receive automated waitlist emails, please be sure to check and verify your primary email address in your PRCS Connect household. CLOSINGS/POSTPONEMENTS In case of inclement weather, public holidays or emergencies, the Department will determine cancellation or postponement of programs. If you are in doubt as to whether or not camp activities will be held, please contact the location or program offering the camp or call 703-777-0343. PRESCHOOL CAMPS Children need to be potty trained to attend preschool aged camps.

ALLERGIES If a child has an allergy, parents must supply a complete list of foods or allergens specific to their child(ren). This information can be provided through ePACT or PRCS Connect; additionally, parents can share information with the staff at our camp sites. PROGRAM REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS If you cancel a camp registration and make the request 15 or more days before the start date, a full refund will be offered. If you cancel a camp registration 14 or fewer days before the start date, a 50% refund will be offered. Camps that require a nonrefundable deposit shall receive a refund depending on the date the request was mas made, minus the nonrefundable deposit. Refund requests shall be submitted in writing and include the name of the participant and the camp activity number. Written requests must be dated and submitted by email, fax, or mail to the site or program manager. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a camp in which you are currently enrolled, you may request a refund according to the refund policy or policy provided by the specific program. Our goal is to ensure quality programs. PRCS reserves the right to cancel, postpone or change any camp due to insufficient enrollment, inclement weather, public holidays or emergencies, or other reasonable causes. A full refund (including any applicable fees) will be offered if PRCS cancels. NEW! AUTOMATED WAITLIST Starting with Summer Camp registration, PRCS will notify families via email if a spot in a camp opens. If an opening becomes available, the first individual on the waitlist will receive an automated email notification with an offer to register. The automated system runs 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

Daze & Fest INNOVATION, CREATION & RECREATION

DAZE CAMP ♥ Monday, June 29–Friday, July 31

Daze Summer Camp is an all day, all-encompassing summer camp program, designed to stimulate creative minds, build healthy bodies, provide age-ap- propriate challenges and develop lasting friendships. This summer, your child will experience daily activities including group games, science and na- ture, music and drama, arts and crafts, sports, cooking and more! Each full week of camp, the campers will enjoy a field trip and a pool trip. For week 1 there will only be a pool trip for campers. Trips are always pending weather changes that may interfere with the safe operation of trips. AGE Children ages 5-11 who are entering grades K-5 in fall 2026 are eligible Camp locations are subject to change, based on decisions from LCPS. All Camp locations will be confirmed online at loudoun.gov/camps no later than Friday, February 27. FEST CAMP ♥ Monday June 29-Friday July 31 for Daze Camp. LOCATIONS This awesome middle school camp is offered at a central location this sum- mer. Don’t miss out on jam-packed weeks with science and nature, arts and crafts, sports, group games, music, drama, and chill time. Each full week of camp, the campers will enjoy a field trip and a pool trip. For week 1, there will only be a pool trip for campers. Trips are always pending weather changes that may interfere with the safe operation of trips. AGE Children ages 12-14 who are entering grades 6-8 in fall 2026 are eligible

HOURS OF OPERATION Daze and Fest camp programs run Monday, June 29 to Friday, July 31. All camp sites will operate Monday to Friday, with the exception of week 1 which will operate Monday, June 29 to Thursday, July 2. There is no camp Friday, July 3. Most camp sites open from 7:30am-6:00pm and some camp sites open 9:00am-4:30pm. MEALS & SNACKS Campers must bring two snacks, lunch and a plastic water bottle daily (no glass), daily. Please provide shelf-stable items, as refrigerators and microwaves may not be available at site. REGISTRATION Registrations accepted online or in person only. Online Registration will be done through PRCS Connect (you must have access to your PRCS Connect account to complete the registration process). If you do not have a PRCS Connect account, you may create one at loudoun.gov/ prcsconnect or login to check you can access your account. Early Registration is for families who participated in any of our 2025 camps and families enrolled in the PRCS Cares progam begins Tuesday, March 3 at 8:30am and ends Friday, March 6 at 5:00pm. ADAPTIVE RECREATION SUMMER CAMP 2026 ♥ Adaptive Recreation Summer Camp provides fun and adventure with weekly themes and activities including but not limited to games, sports, crafts, swimming, field trips and special events.
