Senior Exercise Pass Ages 55+ This pass allows for unlimited punch card fitness classes for one year at Loudoun Valley Community Center. Call for more details. $300 for 1 year. Ages 15+ A challenging program that focuses on improving your cardiovascular stamina and increasing your muscle tone and strength, while decreasing your body fat and changing your body composition. The program focuses on overall core strength and stability, as well as resistance and cardiovascular training. Flexibility and mobility are emphasized in each workout. Join the Boot Camp team by enrolling in one of our monthly pass options. Chair Yoga Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair for support. There is a combination with easy to follow aerobic moves, strength training exercises as well as balance and core training. Vinyasa Yoga This is a dynamic, Vinyasa yoga-based class. You will connect movement to breath, actively flowing through sun salutations and a variety of standing and balancing postures, followed by deeper stretches and other floor work. Modifications will be offered to make the class accessible to people from a range of experience levels. Expect to feel energized and refreshed after class! Strength & Cardio This class is an optimal mix of strength, cardio and core exercises designed to give you a full body workout. We will use a variety of equipment and exercises that changes every three weeks. This class is a challenging mix of functional training to take your workout to the next level. Water Workout A low impact but high intensity water aerobics class designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance. In this class you will be using the resistance of the water to cushion the feet, knees and back. Exercises are performed to lively, motivating music and are effective and easy to follow. Yoga Join this one hour flow style yoga class. All levels are welcome. In this practice you will find yourself breathing and moving in various positions to release and expand your body and your mind.
