TEEN STROKE CLINIC (Ages 13-17) These one-hour clinics will provide teenage participants the opportunity to work with an instructor on their lap swimming technique for all four strokes in a class like environment. Each clinic will be dedicated to one stroke, cycling through all four over the course of the month in the following order: freestyle, backstroke, breast- stroke, and butterfly. Pre-requisites: participants need a working knowledge of each stroke and the ability to swim 25 yards of the stroke of the week.
