CIRCUIT FUSION This 45-minute circuit training class will help you increase your lean muscle, shape your body, and increase your metabolism. FIT FACTORY Get in and out with this 45-minute strength training and power packed HIIT ses- sion on the fitness floor. This is a dynamic full-body workout making use of ket- tlebells, free weights, resistance bands, plyometrics, and loads of body weight exercises. This program is designed to be fun and challenging for a broad range of fitness levels. GENTLE, LOW IMPACT GLO is our specialty class focused on strength and mobility for those looking for a gentler workout routine. HATHA YOGA Hatha Yoga consists of the classic sun salutation, held postures, breathing practic- es, meditation, and a guided deep relaxation. PILATES FUSION Get ready to improve mobility, flexibility, and core strength. Tone your physique and enhance the mind-body connection with a wide variety of calisthenics and resistance exercises to improve posture, balance, and stamina. POUND A full-body workout designed for all fitness levels, combining cardio, conditioning, and strength training with Pilates-inspired movements. Light weight drumsticks (Ripstix) are provided to drum to the beat of fun and engaging music. This is a high energy class open to all fitness levels. POWER UP 60 Build, sculpt and tone your body with a high energy mix of resistance and interval training. Power Up 60 classes are led by certified personal trainers. Learn safe, effective techniques and form to optimize your training. QIGONG FOR HEALTH Start your Sunday with standing, stretching, breathing, and meditation with Ancient Qigong techniques. TAI CHI/QIGONG A practice of slow gentle movements and physical postures aiming to strengthen the whole body as well as the mind-body connection. TAI CHI II Long form Introduction, with refinement of Tai Chi principles into Intro to Pushing Hands. This class is designed for those who have been practicing Tai Chi/Qigong and are ready to move into more progressive movements. VINYASA YOGA Find your flow by stringing together relaxing and rejuvenating yoga poses. Power meets peace in learning to sync breath and movement. This practice is very fluid and is suitable for all levels. WARRIOR WORKOUT Challenge yourself in this fun and energetic class using battle ropes, kettlebells, agility ladders and more. XTREME HIP HOP STEP This 60-minute-high energy group cardio workout set to upbeat hip hop music will have you second kicks, punches, jumping jacks and more are guaranteed to raise your heartbeat to anaerobic levels and assure maximum caloric expenditure. YIN YOGA Beautiful meditative practice designed to open fascia and joints by sitting quietly in poses for 3 to 5 minutes. Class includes an hour of poses followed by an option- al 15 minutes of meditation.

GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES (Ages 16 & up) Group Fitness classes are included in long-term or day passes. Six month and annual pass holders may sign up ahead of time. Spaces will be reserved in all classes for drop-in. Please check our website for the most up-to- date schedule. Class Entrance Cards (CEC) can be obtained at the front desk thirty minutes before the start time of class. A copy of the monthly schedule can be found on our website, or at the front desk.

LAND FITNESS

ABSOGLUTELY Shape, sculpt, strengthen your glutes, abdominals, thighs, and core muscles in this focused and energizing workout. ADAPTIVE FIT A class for teens and adults. We work on strength, cardio, mobility, agility, and balance. Taught by Jenny, a former social worker, the class focuses on improving fitness for everyone and specializes in working with special populations. Using her unique skills, Jenny designs the class to be fun and achievable for all fitness abilities. BARRE This class mixes elements from Pilates, yoga, and dance where the moves are choreographed to music. In each energizing and targeted workout, you’ll use the barre and exercise equipment to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body. BELLY BLISS This total body workout combines the movements of belly dance with strength training, cardio, flexibility, balance, and core conditioning. This is a great way to tone and strengthen your muscles, improve your flexibility, and boost your overall health and fitness. BODY BY KEKEE This mix of yoga, strength and interval training will have you feeling great! Kekee uses AMRAP workouts to challenge you at your own pace. BOOTCAMP This circuit training class will you rotate through stations to work on muscles strength, endurance, cardio, and core. Great for all fitness levels. CARDIO KICKBOXING This high-energy, full body cardiovascular workout that blends boxing, martial arts techniques, and basic calisthenics to leave you sweating and feeling amazing! CARDIO STRENGTH A challenging mix of cardio machines with strength training and core work to give you the ultimate all in one workout! CHAIR YOGA An adaptive Yoga practice that allows you to stay seated for most poses. Per- forming movements in the seated position enhances mobility and balance and allows for an improved range of motion. This class is best suited for seniors and beginners.
