Youth Fitness Orientation Ages 12-15 The youth fitness orientation is a one-hour class that will cover the basics of safe and effective exercise, equipment usage, and gym etiquette. Upon successful completion of this orientation, a card will be issued that allows the card holder use of the fitness areas without a parent or guardian.

Learn valuable lessons about comic-making, storytelling, and character design and build your skills with a mixture of group and individual drawing exercises. Practice cubing with others who share the interest of speed cubing and learn about the competition process from our experienced cubers. Parents also welcome to observe and ask questions. Sa 10:00-11:00am 3/8-5/10 Free 373750-01 FIRST AID COURSES Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED Ages 12+ This course will prepare you to recognize and care for a variety of first aid, breathing, and cardiac emergencies involving adults, children and infants and meets OSHA/workplace requirements. This is a blended learning course including an online portion and an instructor-led classroom skill session. The online portion must be completed prior to attending the in-class portion and must be taken on a PC or tablet with a high-speed Internet connection. Allow approximately 2 hours 30 minutes to complete the online portion. Upon successful completion of this course, you will receive a digital certificate for Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED valid for two years. Gather your LEGO bricks and get ready for the Battle of the Bricks! This is an incredible opportunity for LEGO lovers from ages 3 to 17 to showcase their creativity and skill. The contest is divided into three divisions, ensuring fair competition among participants of similar age and experience. All participants are required to bring their own LEGO bricks for the contest. GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES Ages 16+ Group Fitness classes are included in long-term or day passes. Six month and annual pass holders may sign up ahead of time. Spaces will be reserved in all classes for drop-in. Please check our website for the most up-to-date schedule. Class Entrance Cards (CEC) can be obtained at the front desk thirty minutes before the start time of class. A copy of the monthly schedule can be found on our website, or at the front desk.
