Sneakers are required for participation in all classes except yoga. All of the programs listed below are for ages 16+ unless otherwise noted. Cardio Pop This class fuses fun dance cardio with a hot pop playlist to get you burning calories and building muscle. This class mixes aerobics, rhythmic kickboxing, and HIlT movement—and we add on strength work and stretch at the end for a full-body workout. Bring your mat to class! No dance experience is required and all impact and intensity levels are welcome. Chair Yoga Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair for support. Benefits include increased flexibility, balance and there is a strong focus on building overall strength. Core & More Improve your posture and build core muscle groups through a variety of exercises designed to strengthen your abdomen and back muscles while increasing your flexibility. Expect to train with a variety of equipment. Fit4Life This is a great introductory class to start your fitness journey! There is a combination of easy to follow aerobic moves, strength training exercises as well as balance and core training. Healthy For Life Ages 55+ Enjoy this full body workout with a range of options available for all abilities. Class will include a light aerobic warm up, full body light dumbbell/bodyweight exercises and stretches. This class will have functional fitness to accommodate all fitness levels. Class will be standing or seated, no floor work. Class is geared toward an older adult looking to add fitness into their daily life but also have some mobility issues, including arthritis or difficulty getting on the ground. Sculpt & Tone This full-body workout incorporates resistance training using free weights, resistance bands, and your own body weight to sculpt and tone long, lean muscles. This class is paired with fun, upbeat music to elevate your heart rate and keep your body burning calories throughout the day! Strength & Cardio This class is an optimal mix of strength, cardio and core exercises designed to give you a full body workout. We will use a variety of equipment and exercises that changes every three weeks. This class is a challenging mix of functional training to take your workout to the next level. Strength For Seniors Ages 55+ This total body workout is a great way for seniors to get started with strength training. The exercises focus on building total body strength with an emphasis on improving balance, stability and flexibility. Super 650 Super 650 is a low-impact, dynamic workout that works all 650 muscles in a single session, resulting in a rebalanced, stronger, more mobile, and pain-free body. No held poses or endless reps! The movements are gentle yet challenging for all ages and fitness levels. Total Body Tone & Strength Whether you are just starting out, want to maintain or improve your fitness level, this 60-minute class will help you achieve your goals. Through an intentional body warm up we will then work each muscle group and core using light to medium weights, bands or body weight. The workout will ramp up your heart rate intermittently to improve endurance and stamina. The circuit training style has a fun and active pace designed for you to work at your pace while building your strength and skills to the next level. Vinyasa Yoga This is a dynamic, Vinyasa yoga-based class. You will connect movement to breath, actively flowing through sun salutations and a variety of
standing and balancing postures, followed by deeper stretches and other floor work. Modifications will be offered to make the class accessible to people from a range of experience levels. Expect to feel energized and refreshed after class! Yoga Join this one hour flow style yoga class. All levels are welcome. In this practice you will find yourself breathing and moving in various positions to release and expand your body and your mind. After this practice you will feel completely centered and relaxed. Ages 12-15 This 60-minute class (no workout involved) will teach your young adult what they need to know to work out at Lovettsville Community Center without a parent/guardian. LICENSED PROGRAMS Child Care
Ages 3-5 PRCS provides quality early childhood care in a safe and nurturing environment. Our licensed professionals follow the STREAMin3 curriculum to support the social, physical, and intellectual development of children. Full-time care is available Monday-Friday from 7:00am-6:00pm. Preschool Ages 3-5 PRCS offers a structured, part-time preschool program that promotes learning and growth in a safe and engaging environment. Our experienced staff follow the STREAMin3 curriculum to foster children’s social, physical, and intellectual development. The preschool program runs from September-May, with class days and hours varying by location. CASA Academy Ages 5-12 We offer a fun and enriching after-school program for elementary- aged children. CASA Academy provides a variety of activities, including arts, STEM, games, and sports, with dedicated time for homework. The program runs according to the Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) calendar, offering a safe and engaging environment for children.
