Founded in 1757, Loudoun County is a growing, dynamic county of over 450,000 people. The following demographics shape the county’s services and budget. POPULATION Loudoun’s population has grown about 30 percent over the last decade. Loudoun County is the fourth most populated jurisdiction in Virginia.
