The Hershey Story Ages 18+ Levels 1 & 2: The Hershey Story Museum experience takes visitors on a journey through the life of Milton Hershey, his chocolate company, his generous philanthropic legacy and the town of Hershey. Come along for a day of interactive activities, chocolate tasting, the chocolate lab where we will make a take home masterpiece made of chocolate, and a visit to the Hershey Gardens. Lunch and dinner will be provided. There will be photo opportunities galore. After our tour we will go to Homespun Shakes and Burgers for lunch. We will be having dinner out prior to the show. The show will take place at Franklin Park Arts Center. We will begin our class with a healthy drink and a snack. No Class on 4/15. Walking is the easiest way to get in shape and stay in shape. We will meet at the PRCS Administration Office, grab a snack and then head to our destination. Transportation will be provided from the PRCS office to the outdoor walking track location and back. Please bring bottled water and wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Spare Time Bowling Ages 18+ All levels: Relax on a Friday afternoon bowling! This program teaches the basics of the game, promotes socialization and community awareness. If you work at ECHO and need transportation to bowling on Friday, please report request while registering. The bus departs at 2:15pm from ECHO on Fridays. Participants not registered for Movie Madness must be picked up at the bowling alley. The bus will depart between 5:00pm and 5:05pm and arrive at PRCS between 5:15pm and 5:30pm for Movie Madness. The tow path to the overlook is two miles long on a gravel path. We will take in the stunning views of the falls, have a picnic lunch in the park, and visit the visitors center. Please bring bottled water and wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Movies will be decided closer to the date of the show. Transportation to movies will be provided for participants registered for bowling. Dinner will be provided. Movie madness will be indoors in the Program Room. If the weather permits, we may move outdoors.
