F 2:00-4:00pm 3/13 $3 344620-01 Nature Sketching: Banshee Reeks Nature Preserve Visit Loudoun County’s hidden gem- a 695-acre permanently protected landscape for wildlife and people. Hear about this unique site and tap into your artistic side with instructions from a Virginia Master Naturalist. Learn beginner drawing techniques while practicing deep noticing/observational skills outdoors. Art supplies are provided during the class. Participants will walk over uneven, natural trail surfaces during the visit. Membership at one of the Loudoun County senior centers is required. Online or in person registration available. Lunch and bus transportation are included in the fee. Limit 16 participants. SENIOR MEMBERSHIP & PROGRAMS Ages 55+: Senior members and program participants may purchase twelve-month memberships or attend on a drop-in basis. Please note some activities are not open for drop-ins. The cost of many activities is included in the membership or drop-in fee. Any additional fees will be noted in the activity listing. Memberships are processed Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 4:00pm. Membership fee: $36 resident, $54 non- resident, $3 drop-in fee. All classes/Activities are subject to change. ARTS & MUSIC Clay Classes Create your own ceramic pieces from clay. All materials provided and open to all ability levels.
