Babies will be held in a sling or carrier for the duration of the class. You must be at least 6 weeks postpartum (8 weeks for C-section) and have written clearance from your doctor to resume exercise. Offered through 6-months postpartum. Tu 10:30-11:15am 3/3-3/24 $20 372504-01 Yoga for Runners Workshop Ages 16+ Join us for a Yoga for Runners Workshop. The session begins with 45 minutes of yoga poses that are typically done post-run or on non-running days. Following this, we will move into a focused 15-minute sequence of pre-run dynamic exercises to warm you up for a run. The workshop will conclude with an optional 20-minute group run beginning and ending at the recreation center. Sa 8:15-9:15am 3/14 $5 372501-01 Prenatal Fit Ages 16+ This 4-week prenatal class incorporates belly breathing, functional movement, core exercises and labor training, which will benefit you throughout your pregnancy and can shorten both labor and recovery! You will get to know other expectant moms while training with a Fitness Specialist. Prenatal exercises will be tailored to your fitness level and can be used throughout your pregnancy.
