Purchase your card at LVCC or online for $100 for 15 classes. If purchased online, you must activate your card at LVCC. You may pay a $9 Drop-in Fee as another option for any of the Punch Card Fitness classes at LVCC. Super 650 This class consists of a full-body workout that rapidly changes the shape of your body through a dynamic combination of strengthening and stretching of all 650 muscles in a single workout. The technique develops lean, strong and flexible muscles with immediate changes to your posture. This program rebalances the body, prevents and treats injuries and unlocks tight joints. This equipment-free workout leaves you feeling energized, youthful, and healthy! Class is done in socks or bare feet. All fitness levels and genders are welcome! This class fuses hypnotic Latin and International rhythms with easy-to- follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program. It is an exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing and inspiring movements designed to engage and motivate. All fitness levels welcome. Punch Card Pass W 10:00am–11:00am Cardio Tennis Fun cardio class alert! Improve tennis skills while increasing cardiovascular health through structured drills. Provided by Masha Marques, Doctor of Physical Therapy, former Division 1 tennis player, and certified tennis performance specialist. Open to all skill levels. (March 9th – April 27th) Punch Card Pass M 5:00pm – 6:00pm Men’s Mobility Ages 16+ Relieve pain, increase mobility, flexibility, and range of motion with slow, gentle movements to rebalance your muscles and joints. This class is similar to ‘moving physiotherapy’. Targeting full muscle chains and the fascia that connects these chains, we use continuous movement and neuromuscular techniques to unlock tension and improve body awareness.
