What is Senior Cool Care? Senior Cool Care helps reduce risk to extreme heat conditions. 2025 marks the 35th year Dominion Energy has provided fans, window air conditioners, and now portable air conditioners, for eligible adults, age 60 and older, who need additional cooling in their homes.
