M 10:30-11:30am Ongoing Free 944628-01 W 10:30-11:30am Ongoing Free 944628-02 SAIL - Stay Active & Independent For Life This evidence-based falls prevention group fitness program combines aerobics, balance, strength and stretching exercises to help older adults improve balance and mobility while helping to reduce the risk of falls. Fee is $25 for a 12-week session. Participants are encouraged to attend 2-3, 60-minute classes per week. Schedule can be found online in the monthly newsletter on the Ashburn Senior Center website. Registration is not available online. Participants MUST register in person at the senior center. Call for more information. Play Pickleball All Day On The Longest Day Drop in to play the fastest growing sport in the U.S. Beginner Pickleball Open Court (9-11:30am) and Advanced Pickleball Open Court (1-4:45pm).
