GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES The following Land & Aqua classes are included with an admission pass or membership. Classes are available to patrons 16 years and older. All class participants will be required to receive a class entrance card to participate in fitness classes. Class entrance cards can be obtained at the front desk thirty minutes before the start time of class. A copy of the monthly schedule can be found on our website, or at the front desk.

LAND FITNESS Barre

This class mixes elements from Pilates, yoga, and dance where the moves are choreographed to music. In each energizing and targeted workout, you’ll use the barre and exercise equipment to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body. Belly Bliss This total body workout combines the movements of belly dance with strength training, cardio, flexibility, balance, and core conditioning. This is a great way to tone and strengthen your muscles, improve your flexibility, and boost your overall health and fitness. Cardio Kickboxing This high-energy, full body cardiovascular workout that blends boxing, martial arts techniques, and basic calisthenics to leave you sweating and feeling amazing! Cardio Strength A challenging mix of cardio machines with strength training and core work to give you the ultimate all in one workout! Center & Balance Re-center your body with light movement and deep stretching. This class will also help to loosen your muscles while incorporating balance work to challenge your core. Using slow and controlled rhythmic movements, your body will feel less fatigue and improved performance. Chair Yoga An adaptive Yoga practice that allows you to stay seated for most poses. Performing movements in the seated position enhances mobility and balance and allows for an improved range of motion. This class is best suited for seniors and beginners. Circuit Fusion This 45-minute circuit training class will help you increase your lean muscle, shape your body, and increase your metabolism.

Play All Day All Ages Join us as we “Play All Day” celebrating the Summer Solstice and all that our wonderful facility and programs have to offer! Learn about comic-making, storytelling, and character design and build your skills with a mixture of group and individual drawing exercises. Available projects vary from canvas painting, jewelry making, pressed flower bookmarks, and lots more! Sa 11:00am-1:00pm 7/19 $10 473710-01 Ages 12-15 The youth fitness orientation is a one-hour class that will cover the basics of safe and effective exercise, equipment usage, and gym etiquette. Upon successful completion of this orientation, a card will be issued that allows the card holder to use of the fitness areas without a parent or guardian.
