WHERE TO FIND YOUR ACTIVITY GUIDE Activity Guides are available at PRCS sites, and the Administrative Office located in Leesburg. Copies are also available at Loudoun County Libraries and the County Government Center. The current issue is always available online at loudoun.gov/ActivityGuide. RECEIVE INFORMATION Visit loudoun.gov/prcs to sign up to receive text and email messages about PRCS events, program registration dates, and other news. For announcements regarding information about County Government updates sign up for Alert Loudoun at loudoun.gov. For questions related to any PRCS program, event, or reservation, please email prcs@loudoun.gov or call 703-777-0343. REGISTRATION Online and registration for all activities begins at 6:30am on Thursday, 8/8/24 for county residents and begins at 6:30am on Thursday, 8/15/24 for out-of-county residents. Walk-in registrations are available during business hours by location. Senior Day and Overnight Trips: online and walk-in registration begins at 9:00am on Wednesday, 8/7/24 for County residents and senior center members (County or out-of-county). Senior Trips registration begins at 9:00am on Wednesday, 8/14/24 for out-of- county residents (who are not members). Overnight trips require in person registration. Annual Senior Center Membership fees are $36 for County residents and $54 for out of County residents. PRCS CONNECT ONLINE REGISTRATION PRCS Connect is our online registration system for enrolling in PRCS activities, using a household identification number and password. A new household account can be requested online at loudoun.gov/ PRCSConnect under “Create a new Account.” The first person listed in each household should be an adult. It is important to provide a current email address. Program updates are always provided via email. Each household account can host multiple members and will be utilized to register and pay for activities using VISA, Discover, or MasterCard. For forgotten account IDs or passwords select “Login” for assistance. If additional assistance is required, please contact a local PRCS center, park or the Administrative Office before the first day of registration! ADDITIONAL FORMS Additional forms are required for licensed and exempt programs. Please refer to loudoun.gov/PRCS for specific registration guidelines for Licensed Preschool, Child Care, CASA, CASA Academy, YAS, Daze and Fest summer camps, Adaptive Recreation camp, and licensed camps. To be approved for financial assistance for licensed programs, please refer to loudoun.gov/prcscares for eligibility options and application.

PAYMENTS Registration fees are due at the time of registration, unless otherwise noted. Online registrations must be paid by credit card. In-person payments can be made by cash and credit card, or check and money order, made payable to “County of Loudoun.” Payments by check or money order can also be mailed to the PRCS Administrative Office but do not send cash or credit card information by mail. The cost of supplies and materials is included in the class or activity fee unless otherwise indicated. ANNUAL CHILDCARE STATEMENT Childcare statements can be run and printed using PRCS Connect at loudoun.gov/PRCSconnect, under “My Account > Reports > Childcare Statement.” The report will be sent to the email address associated with your PRCS Connect account, and a statement can be printed for any calendar year but, the desired tax year must be selected. PROGRAM REFUNDS & CANCELATIONS If you need to cancel a class/program registration, and you can make the request 15 or more days before the start date, a full refund will be offered. If you cancel a class/program registration 14 or fewer days before the start date, a 50% refund will be offered. If a customer requests a refund after the start of the program, camp, or rental, they shall not receive a refund. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. The request should be dated and sent by email, fax, or mail directly to the facility or program manager offering the class/ program. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a class/program in which you are currently enrolled, you may request a refund according to the refund policy or policy provided by the specific program. Our goal is to ensure quality programs. For Senior Trips: there are no refunds, although a refund minus a 25% administrative fee may be issued if the spot is resold. If a participant needs to forward a spot for medical reasons, please call 571-258- 3050 or 571-258-3051 at least one week prior to trip. For Community and Recreation Center Trips: Refunds can be requested 15 or more days before the start date, a 50% refund will be offered and 14 or less there no refunds will be offered. The Department reserves the right to cancel, postpone or change a class or activity due to insufficient enrollment, inclement weather, public holidays or emergencies or other reasonable causes. A full refund (including any applicable fees) will be offered if PRCS cancels. NOTICE TO PARTICIPANTS All activities of a physical nature involve some risk. By registering for a county-sponsored class requiring physical activity, you, as the participant or parent of a participant under the age of 18, assume the risk involved in participating in these activities. The Loudoun County Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services is dedicated to providing safe facilities and equipment for all participants, as well as qualified instructional staff to enhance your experience.
