YAS is an after-school program for middle schoolers (grades 6-8) that provides a safe and inclusive recreation-based environment in select middle school locations Monday-Friday until 6:15pm. Our program features intramural sports and certification programs that include babysitting, community connects (team building), cooking 101, and future-forward (workplace readiness). The YAS program promotes academic success, social growth, and healthy habits. Students will gain valuable life skills which include leadership, decision-making, wellness, and collaborative skills. Participants will connect socially with other classmates and develop self- confidence through our curriculum.
