Health & Wellness Month September is Health and Wellness month at the Cascades Senior Center. Pick up a passport and earn stamps for all the health and wellness classes and presentations that you attend. Qualifying classes promote physical, mental, and financial well-being as we age. Be on the lookout for special health and wellness presentations like EMS billing, Medicare 101 and Understanding Social Security.
