This is a blended learning course including an online portion and an instructor-led classroom skill session. The online portion must be completed prior to attending the in-class portion and must be taken on a PC or tablet with a high-speed Internet connection. Allow approximately 2 hours 30 minutes to complete the online portion. Upon successful completion of this course, you will receive a digital certificate for Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED valid for two years. This training will teach participants basic childcare, leadership skills, how to develop a babysitting business and ways to keep themselves and others safe and help children behave. GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES Group Fitness classes are included in long-term or day passes. Six month and annual pass holders may sign up ahead of time. Spaces will be reserved in all classes for drop-in. Please check our website for the most up-to-date schedule. Class Entrance Cards (CEC) can be obtained at the front desk thirty minutes before the start time of class. A copy of the monthly schedule can be found on our website, or at the front desk. All of the classes listed are for ages 16+.

LAND EXERCISE

AbsoGlutely Shape, sculpt, strengthen your glutes, abdominals, thighs, and core muscles in this focused and energizing workout. Barre This class mixes elements from Pilates, yoga, and dance where the moves are choreographed to music. In each energizing and targeted workout, you’ll use the barre and exercise equipment to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body. Belly Bliss This total body workout combines the movements of belly dance with strength training, cardio, flexibility, balance, and core conditioning. This is a great way to tone and strengthen your muscles, improve your flexibility, and boost your overall health and fitness. Body By Kekee This mix of yoga, strength and interval training will have you feeling great! Kekee uses AMRAP workouts to challenge you at your own pace. Bootcamp This circuit training class will you rotate through stations to work on muscles strength, endurance, cardio, and core. Great for all fitness levels. Cardio Kickboxing This high-energy, full body cardiovascular workout that blends boxing, martial arts techniques, and basic calisthenics to leave you sweating and feeling amazing! Cardio Strength A challenging mix of cardio machines with strength training and core work to give you the ultimate all in one workout!

FITNESS TRAINING

PERSONAL TRAINING Ages 12+ We offer 30 and 60-minute individual and semi-private personal training packages to help you reach your health and fitness goals. Our team of certified personal trainers can provide as much help as necessary to develop a consistent & efficient workout plan to achieve your fitness goals and to help make exercise a life-long habit. Ages 55+ SAIL is an evidence-based fall prevention group fitness program designed for adults 55 and older. It combines aerobics, strength, balance, and stretching exercises to help older adults improve balance and mobility. Fitness testing for participants will occur on the first (9/3) and the last (11/22) day of the program. Class size is limited. Please bring water. Upon successful completion of this orientation, a card will be issued that allows the card holder use of the fitness area without a parent or guardian.
