Circuit Fusion This 45-minute circuit training class will help you increase your lean muscle, shape your body, and increase your metabolism. Fit Factory Get in and out with this 45-minute strength training and power packed HIIT session on the fitness floor. This is a dynamic full-body workout making use of kettlebells, free weights, resistance bands, plyometrics, and loads of body weight exercises. This program is designed to be fun and challenging for a broad range of fitness levels. Gentle, Low Impact GLO is our specialty class focused on strength and mobility for those looking for a gentler workout routine.
GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES (Ages 16 & up) Group Fitness classes are included in long-term or day passes. Six month and annual pass holders may sign up ahead of time. Spaces will be reserved in all classes for drop-in. Please check our website for the most up-to-date schedule. Class Entrance Cards (CEC) can be obtained at the front desk thirty minutes before the start time of class. A copy of the monthly schedule can be found on our website, or at the front desk.
