Speed Cubing Club Ages 8-16 Speed cubing enthusiasts (aka the Rubik’s Cube) are welcome to join our Speed Cubing Club that meets on the second Saturday of each month during the school year! Practice cubing with others who share the interest of speed cubing and learn about the competition process from our experienced cubers. Recommended for ages 8-16 years old. Personal Training Ages 12+ We offer 30 and 60-minute individual and semi-private personal training packages to help you reach your health and fitness goals. Our team of certified personal trainers can provide as much help as necessary to develop a consistent & efficient workout plan to achieve your fitness goals and to help make exercise a life- long habit. Ages 12-15 The youth fitness orientation is a one-hour class that will cover the basics of safe and effective exercise, equipment usage, and gym etiquette. Fitness testing for participants will occur on the first (12/3) and the last (2/28) day of the program. We will not have class on 12/24 & 12/27. Class size is limited. Please bring water. Your specially delivered envelope will be postmarked from the North Pole and includes a recipe from Mrs. Claus and stickers from Santa’s elves! Registration closes 12/6 at 12:00pm. Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED Ages 12+ This course will prepare you to recognize and care for a variety of first aid, breathing, and cardiac emergencies involving adults, children and infants and meets OSHA/workplace requirements. This is a blended learning course including an online portion and an instructor-led classroom skill session. The online portion must be completed prior to attending the in-class portion and must be taken on a PC or tablet with a high-speed Internet connection. Allow approximately 2 hours 30 minutes to complete the online portion. Upon successful completion of this course, you will receive a digital certificate for Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED valid for two years.
