Teen Swim School – White & Red Ages 13-17 This 45-min. beginning swim class for teens focuses on growing comfortable in the water while also learning essential water safety skills. Students will work on submersion with breath control and recovery to the surface, and front and back floating. No Pre-requisites or swim evaluation needed for entry into this class. Pre- requisites: participants need a working knowledge of each stroke and the ability to swim 25 yards of the stroke of the week.
