Barre and Pilates exercises provide cardio and strength training, while gentle yoga poses offer stretching and flexibility to the entire body. No dance experience needed. Punch Card Pass M 10:30-11:30am Total Body Tone & Strength Whether you are just starting out, want to maintain or improve your fitness level, this 60 minutes class will help you achieve your goals. Through an intentional body warm up we will then work each muscle group and core using light to medium weights, bands or body weight. The workout will ramp up your heart rate intermittently to improve endurance and stamina.
