This Winter at Philomont This winter, we’ve retooled our upstairs level to house our preschool space as well as our Stay & Play classes. Stay & Play will be led by our new instructor, Ms. Cindy, who brings her expertise to both structured and free play. She’ll also host toddler programs throughout the winter calendar and a variety of activities from winter science experiments to flower arranging for Valentine’s Day.
Elementary and teen programming will continue to feature favorites like Pokémon Club and LEGO Builders, led by Mr. Jackson. He’ll also be helping with our Winter Break and School’s Out camps. For teens, the Nintendo Night Pizza Party and Chess for Rookies will provide opportunities for middle and high schoolers to utilize the center for relaxing hobbies and socializing. Program highlights for adults include our Philomont Page Turners online book club, an Indoor Plant Swap event, and Rummikub for beginners. And of course we’ll feature family activities including Family Movie Night, a Hot Chocolate Social, and Family Bingo. We look forward to seeing you all at our winter offerings!
