Personal Training Ages 16+ We offer 30 and 60-minute individual and semi-private training packages to help you reach your health and fitness goals. Our team of certified personal trainers can provide customers with as much help as necessary to develop a consistent & efficient workout plan, achieve their desired fitness goals, and learn how to make exercise a life-long habit. Customers can sign up for 4, 8, or 12 personal training sessions by appointment only. Please contact your center for more information. Ages 12+ Go beyond the scale with the InBody Test, a non-invasive body composition analysis that provides a detailed breakdown of your weight in terms of muscle, fat, and water on an InBody Result Sheet. Get results you can trust so you can reach your health and fitness goals. InBody tests can be scheduled or done on a walk-in basis. To schedule your InBody assessment, please contact your center. Fee is $10 for standard members and pass holders. Included with Plus Membership as part of monthly assessments. *Available at Ashburn and Dulles South locations only InBody Test Climbing Wall Come climb at our Climbing Wall at Dulles South and Claude Moore, children 11 and under must be supervised by an adult or be in a programmed event or class. All climbers must have a Climbing Wall Release Form on file, signed by a parent or guardian if under 18 years old. Facility Rentals Rental options are available in our silo room, dance studio, multi-purpose room, and small classrooms. Visit us for a tour and to schedule your event. Payment is due at the time of the reservation. Kid Kare Kid Kare is a drop-in childcare service available to paid visitors and members with children aged 12-months to 11-years who are using the gym, pools or fitness areas or taking a fitness class. Fees: $4 per child, per visit with a 2-hour maximum per child per day. Free for patrons with Plus Membership. Rates for Additional Services ARCC Recovery Room*: $10 per day Single Body Composition Analysis*: $10 per analysis *Valid day pass, multi-visit pass, or active membership required in addition to the rate listed above to purchase the service listed.
