TROUT DERBY (All Ages) Get hooked on fishing at Franklin Park’s annual Trout Fishing Derby! Join us at the pond for a morning of family fun and fishing. Volunteers will be on hand to teach you how to bait, cast, and hook your catch. All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Anyone over the age of 16 years must have a valid Virginia State freshwater fishing license to participate. Limited fishing poles and bait will be available for use.
