PARKS FOR POLLINATORS BIOBLITZ (All ages) Calling all citizen scientists! September is BioBlitz Month. As part of a national effort organized by NRPA, all Loudoun County parks are participating as BioBlitz project locations. This ‘BioBlitz’ is a collaborative race against the clock to discover as many species as possible within a set location during the month of September. Using iNaturalist and a mobile phone, participants go through the park taking pictures of the organisms they find to document as many plants, animals, and fungi as possible.
