BASKETBALL PRE-SEASON INTENSITY TRAINING (P.S.I.T)
(Ages 12-17, Girls) Pre-Season Intensity Training (P.S.I.T) is a series of eight 2.5 hours Sunday night sessions designed to help high school girls and elite 8th grade players get prepared for their winter tryouts. Each session will be very intensive and is designed as a skill trainingprogram to provide a combination of basketball skill work and agility/speed training. Players will work on attacking the basket, scoring, and defense. They will also spend time on stretching, footwork, speed, agility, and endurance.
