KENDO FOR BEGINNERS (Ages 11 & up) Kendo, the art of Japanese fencing, strives to bring one’s mind, body, and spirit together as one. Introduction to Kendo emphasizes a strong un- derstanding of Kendo basics, including etiquette, footwork and basic strikes. This class will provide an introduction to Kendo and requires no experience. The expec- tation is participants move on to the regular kendo class after 1-2 semesters of the beginner’s class. PRIVATE TRAINING (Ages 12 & up) We offer 30 and 60-minute individual and semi-private training packages to help you reach your health and fitness goals. Our team of certified personal trainers can provide customers with as much help as necessary to devel- op a consistent & efficient workout plan, achieve their desired fitness goals, and learn how to make exercise a life-long habit. Customers can sign up for 4, 8, or 12 personal training sessions by appointment only. INBODY TEST (Ages 12 & up) Go beyond the scale with the InBody Test, a non-invasive body composition analysis that provides a detailed breakdown of your weight in terms of muscle, fat, and water on an InBody Result Sheet. Get results you can trust so you can reach your health and fitness goals. InBody tests can be scheduled or done on a walk-in basis. LIFE COACHING WITH KATRINA (Ages 16 & up) Life coaching can help you clarify your goals, identify the obstacles holding you back, and then come up with strategies for overcoming each obsta- cle. In creating these strategies, life coaches target your unique skills and gifts. Life coaching can help to improve self-confidence, heightened self-awareness, create a balanced life, achieve goals, foster better relationships,discover clarity and purpose, unlock potential, manage time and productivity, overcome your fears and be aware of your values, better decision-making and so much more.
