PRCS 60th Anniversary Celebration The Senior Center of Leesburg celebrates Loudoun County Parks, Recreation, & Community Service’s 60th Anniversary of connecting all people and communities. Please join us for lunch, an ice cream social bar, and games. Lunch sign-up is required one day in advance, and a lunch donation is requested.
