Senior’s Bollywood! Ages 55+ Experience the vibrant energy of India in this low-impact, 3-week Bollywood dance series designed specifically for seniors. Over 3 sessions, you will learn the art of expressive storytelling through graceful arm movements and joyful choreography. We’ll explore rhythmic footwork inspired by traditional folk dances, with all steps easily adaptable for various mobility levels. This class offers a heart- healthy way to improve coordination and memory while connecting with others in a supportive, high-energy environment.
