Kendo - The Way Of The Sword Ages 11+ Kendo, the art of Japanese fencing, strives to bring one’s mind, body, and spirit together as one. This class is for experienced Kendo participants who want to further their skills. Gi, hakama, and shinai are required, bogu is strongly en- couraged. YOUTH FITNESS Youth Fitness Orientation

Ages 12-15 The youth fitness orientation is a one-hour class that will cover the basics of safe and effective exercise, equipment usage, and gym etiquette. Upon successful completion of this orientation, a card will be issued that allows the card holder use of the fitness areas without a parent or guardian.
