The circuit training style has a fun and active pace designed for you to work at your pace while building your strength and skills to the next level. Vinyasa Yoga This is a dynamic, Vinyasa yoga-based class. You will connect movement to breath, actively flowing through sun salutations and a variety of standing and balancing postures, followed by deeper stretches and other floor work. Modifications will be offered to make the class accessible to people from a range of experience levels. Expect to feel energized and refreshed after class! Yoga Join this one hour flow style yoga class. All levels are welcome. In this practice you will find yourself breathing and moving in various positions to release and expand your body and your mind. After this practice you will feel completely centered and relaxed. Ages 12-15 This 60-minute class (no workout involved) will teach your young adult what they need to know to work out at Lovettsville Community Center without a parent/guardian.
